Tenders should be floated for the different activities that are intended to take place. Floating of the tenders will ensure that the town acquires the best experts at the lowest cost and best terms. After the bidding of the tenders, there should be vetting of the companies placing the tenders and that will lead to the awarding of the tenders to the best-suited company. 01/10/2014-28/02/2015 The companies that have been awarded the tenders should start working. The duration will ensure that there is a proper infrastructure, security system, up to date technological devises, and a proper supply chain system. 01/03/2015-30/04/2015 Carry out of an advertising campaign that is aimed at attracting investors. The investors will be asked to invest in the town by coming up with businesses that will lead to the development of the town. The advert will be followed by vetting of the investors to ensure that they are qualified, they have the required funds to invest in the town, and that they are willing to comply with the set rules of the town. 01/31/2015-30/05/2015 Evaluation of the progress of the project. Project overview In the current times, most towns are striving to be self sufficient in all its activities. The costs should also be observed because the success of the project is subject of the availability of the funds from the donors. That means that the availability of funds will ensure the success of the project. Quality Quality of the work done by the contractors will determine the demand from the investors. The investors are the people who will bring money to the town. Therefore, the quality of work done should be perfect so as to attract a large number of investors. Most investors are usually after towns that have a potential of growth and they have good facilities that will help in the running of their activities.
