Diagnosing a disease properly plays a crucial role in determining the condition of a patient, which cannot be obtained through surgery or medical treatment. Medical Lab Technicians have the role of critically diagnosing a patient and interpreting the results.

This field is mainly concerned with the diagnosis, prevention, and treating diseases by using clinical laboratory tests. This study combines with the application of theoretical knowledge on how to perform complex procedures on blood, specimens, and other body fluids. Many Laboratories around the world have come under scrutiny for the use of animals as test subjects. This has brought a lot of debate where some people feel that all animal experimentation should be stopped. While others argue that although this is wrong, animal experimentation needs to go on for the survival of human beings from diseases (BBC, 2014).

They argue that there is a need to make improvements in the conditions of the animals by, for example, using anesthesia appropriately, and by training personnel who deal with the animals. Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) was launched in the year 2002 to meet the demand for high-quality, patient-centered health care (Dubai Healthcare City, 2014). This is the home of 120 outpatient medical centers, two hospitals and diagnostic laboratory. This study investigates how Dubai Healthcare City provides Green Laboratories through the provision of the best standards of services and tests. 3. Proposal Clearly justify the need for the project by providing reputable reference 3.

1 Research Questions The main objective of conducting this study is to analyze the factors that affect how Dubai Healthcare City provides Green Laboratories through the provision of the best standards of services and tests. In conducting this research, the specific research objectives will include; 1. To find out the level of customer care in Dubai Healthcare City. 2. To find out how Dubai Healthcare City conforms to environmental laws by analyzing how they dispose chemicals. 3. To find out if the prices for services are reasonable. 4. To find out Dubai Healthcare City’s environmental efforts.

Can some of these questions be converted to SMART objectives so you can evaluate them at the end of the project? 3.2 Research Methodology Data collection methods to be used during this study will include; 3.2.1 Questionnaires Questionnaires will be given to forty respondents at random. This will include customers and employees in the facility. I will design the questionnaires with the help of the lecturer who will play an advisory role. The questions will be closed in order to increase the uniformity and accuracy of the results.

Problems and Limitations: Problems expected, is reluctance from the respondents to participate in the study because of the fear that the study might affect them negatively. To overcome this problem, respondents will be assured that they will remain anonymous (BRACE, 2008). There may be challenges with the time taken to collect and analyze the data.

This risk will be limited by requesting as many responds as possible to fill the questionnaires on the day when they will be administered. 5.
