Introduction In this case study, we are going to form a productive and cohesive team that will provide cooperation so that wood son foundation gets its cause. This will enable the foundation and the co-public school systems to share common goals that will facilitate the foundation achievement and the prevailing goals. This scenario however, needs special arrangements that will ensure proper coordination reigns. In this line of argument, resolving conflicts that arises within the foundation and disagreements enable desirable achievement to be realized. This is however, achieved in many ways and especially at this moment that the foundation is in need of generating money that will be used to propel the activities within the education system t. This is important to the foundation as well as NCPE in curbing truancy; low student performance and crime that have dominated within the education system in Washington D.C. Various skills as well as interests are taken into account. For effectiveness to prevail in the Woodson foundation management that is in line of achievement, effectiveness facet is supposed to be placed into consideration by the managers in making sure that each and every norm has been considered We have twelve ways to generate effectiveness and cohesiveness within the Woodson foundation. Each and every member within the Woodson foundation management should provide goals and purposes directed towards the truancy, crime and poor management that have affected effective coordination to the community of Washington D.C. However, it is upon the manager to clarify common goals and purposes proposed and making them clear to both the management subordinates and the entire parental system within the community. This common purposes and goals contribute a lot on the company’s success towards the prevailing problems. In the case of Woods foundation, school districts representatives have decided to introduce new system that will ensure new jobs are created and unionized for consistent operation. If this aspect is taken into consideration in regards to current school board policies, then a solution to prevailing predicament will be solved. Bureaucracy may lead to complexity and this hinders improvement within the Woodson foundation. Moreover, each and every role in regards to this problem that Woodson foundation is facing, should be made clear for better achievement which is only possible when common purpose arise within the management. The achievement however, can be made possible when the members within the foundation have proper definition on the role of each leader and the leadership criterion. The role articulated should be of more concern especially on the aspect of timeline needed for a certain aspect to be delivered. However, effective communication becomes a major aspect in the team organizational behavior and its leadership. Anyone given an assignment towards the program the team is working on should be kept in touch through confirmation face. This ensures that communication remains available and the time frame on that particular project have been considered utmost. Should any changes arise on the project being availed then management team must be informed on time to deliver effective verdict. The NCPIE have initiated parental care, one of the aspects that will enhance crime activities that students do and this however, will change the perception of community educational system. At time leadership needs engagement for the introduction of new ideas in management practices. The work of the leaders is to make sure that influence remains the main purpose for the effective management to deliver its best. The introduction of new leadership and how leaders of new program can generate a transformational massage in an effective team comes at hand as far as the Woodson Foundation is taken into consideration. The new deployment of leadership in NCPIE and Woodson Foundation management will however, triggers positive results due to the provision of new management techniques in relation to technology and this promotes mobilization and strength within the entire Washington D.C. education system. Conflicts within a team do arise and this is when a given leadership is expected to pay attention to these conflicts. Working in a team does not mean that conflict can’t arise anymore. School district within Washington D.C has many students around the globe with different races. This however, at times may cause conflicts due to hurt feelings within the team members. Racial is an aspect that has prevails and however, at most of the time results into conflict. Should conflict arise, the team management and its leadership should recognize the degree of the conflicts among the students of Woodson foundation and place the problem to the surface, so that the entire team of leaders are involved in the provision that leads to either the members involved forget it or drop it for better goals achievement. Ways of solving conflict should be worked upon for better teamwork. Conflicts however, can be triggered when the team exhibit variations in experience and seniority within the leadership system of Woodson foundation and NCPIE, one of the major aspect of conflict stigma. To make sure that any arising conflict remains a past event, Woodson foundation should explain the prevailing problems, establish clear ground so that each and every team member may have a say on the prevailing issue without alteration, and encouragement provided through an aspect of a problem solving framework. This however, helps the team management to roll down conflict resolutions skills that may be used to solve any arising problem in future. New leadership also play a vital role in this matters by providing new and fresh problem solving framework that helps to solve conflicts fast and in expected manner. It is therefore encouraged that NCPIE and Woodson foundation ensures that their students mingle and feel freely to interact during class time since; they are not up to profit making and this can only be effective through engagement of parents system and the introduction of new leadership to overwrite the current leadership system that saw the foundation salvaging. Forming an effective, productive and cohesive team depends on the engagement of each member and its leadership and therefore, all team members should be allowed to have input into the prevailing work and the issue of minority or unpopular should be eliminated. In addition, the processes and work done successfully within a given team should be communicated to everyone both the school subordinates and parents as well as the entire community to eliminate an aspect of doubts. All in all, to form an effective, productive and cohesive team within the NCPIE and Woodson foundation management, the entire school system, parents inclusive should be given special attention especially on their collective issues for cooperation to avail. This will ensure that common goals are shared and accepted. An effective team is made when clear objectives are tabled among the team members and its leadership, balanced roles articulated in regards to skills, abilities and aspirations, processes are effectively delivered and appropriate leadership is propelled. In addition, good communication skills should be availed especially with the NCPIE and Woodson Foundation management and parents as well as the entire community for mutual cooperation, which engages support and trust towards the development of education system within the states of Washington D.C. In addition, effective teams can be done through effective communication that leads to proper team member selection and this enhances appropriateness to solve any arising conflict. The enrolment of new leadership becomes a backbone on the aspect of salvage and this will be of more help when this new leadership is introduced within the education system provided by the NCPIE and the Woodson Foundation to help the District of Washington achieve a lot in the education of the entire community at large.
