Since the company deals in videos and motion picture products, it is necessary that their products meet the high specifications required on the market. Competition is also quite high and therefore, the company cannot afford to compromise on quality of their production. To ensure that the team of producers working on their products have the required skill level, the company should enact rigorous employment policies.

The human resources manager should be equipped with information to enable him/her choose the most qualified individuals to work in the firm.
