In this research I have presented a detailed analysis of the MS project and its overall operational aspects. This research has outlined some important aspects and functionalities that are offered by this application. MS project is one of best project management applications/tools that offer enhanced services and facilities in effective project and business tasks management, resource allocation, team’s management and timeline tracking.
