However, what seems to be of great focus at the moment was to study the customers and their satisfaction with the company’s products and services. The result of this report shows that the balanced scorecard is the company’s best practice which makes it as its good innovative management approach which eventually its competitive advantage. Yeung and Chan (1998) explained that many authors believed that the improvement of quality management in a progressive approach will lead to efficient internal operations and satisfied external customers and for-profit organisations; superior marketing and financial performance.

However, they found out in their chosen companies that they actually have never improved customer satisfaction by providing efficient internal operations but by the development of Quality Management System which resulted to their market growth but not financial gains. With respect to the above statement, this paper tries to study a certain company which aims to achieve efficient internal operation to achieve the satisfaction of external customers. This paper discusses the innovation management of Southeast Asia (S.E.A.) Olympus Marketing Incorporated with respect to its expansion program.

In this regard, this paper tries to find if the management innovation of S.E.A. Olympus Marketing Incorporated with respect to its expansion program is a significant tool in its competitive advantages. With respect to this, the following is the specific question this paper tries to answer. The Southeast Asia Olympus Marketing Incorporated is currently on its expansion program. It is a company in the Philippines with major suppliers in Taiwan, Singapore and China. The company is working in the Philippines but it has contacts from other countries that are very dynamic in business.

There are more to be discovered about the company and these include its strategies under its expansion program.
