Gallaher Group Plus head office is located in Weybridge in the UK and the Group has four divisions. These comprise the United Kingdom, Europe, Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and the Rest of the World. The United Kingdom division is based at the Groups headquarters in Weybridge. Gallaher is one of the two leading tobacco companies operating in the United Kingdom market. The Group leads the premium cigarette and cigar markets and has strong positions in the value of cigarette and hand-rolling tobacco markets. The cigarette brands sold by Gallaher in the UK are produced at the Groups factory in Lisnafillan, Northern Ireland. Cigar brands are produced at Gallaher's UK cigar factory in Cardiff.

Gallagher Europe division is based in Vienna. The Group leads the Austrian and Republic of Ireland cigarette markets and has positions in many other European markets in the EU and Central and Eastern Europe. Gallaher also has leading tobacco distribution positions in Austria and Germany. Demand for Gallaher's American blended cigarettes in Europe is largely met by manufacturing facilities in Austria.
