Hiring or transfer of trainors, completion of Training Needs Analysis, completion of course syllabus, confirmation of the attendance of the staff, making the department operational, integration the department into company operations as its IT support.
Pioneers of the business, investor of the company, HR Manager, New trainors, Trainees, employees of the company, government regulators and general public.
