Information management in the organization has involved collection of information from different activities that the company is engorged and distribution the information obtained to the relevant departments and managers so that the right actions on the occurrence are dealt (Gaither & Frazier, 2002). Management of information in the organization has involved both electronic and physical information. The management has also been able to manage the information throughout the cycle of the organization regardless of source or format of the information (Chaffey and White, 2011).
