This research used primary data in order to gain an insight on student’s transition process. Descriptive research design is selected to conduct the research. Close ended questions are used to collect response from the students. Five questions are distributed among the students via social media to collect their perception, anticipation and feeling for the concerned topic. Moreover, results are outlined with the help of different types of graphs, tables and charts. In the discussion part, five different theme based analysis is done to outline the impacts of on-job training on the potential employees or the students.

Transition of employment is easier and students are accessing the opportunity easily with eventful learning module. They are able to gain required working skills by participating in an authentic working conditions. Recently, Career Preparation classes are gaining popularity among the students seeking jobs. Such training modules are increasing ethics, skills and team working capacity of the students seeking jobs (Cheron & Rouland, 2011). Such classes are using the School-to-Work Programs to train and develop the students having potential skills and knowledge.

In the current study, research importance of various career preparation classes is outlined. Moreover, research will be done in order to outline the impacts of career preparation classes on the performance of the students. Workplace efficiency is outlined by primary research on the students (Dymock & Gerber, 2002). In addition, this study will investigate advantage and benefits of attending the School-to-Work Programs (Schoon & Silbereisen, 2009). In the current educational system of USA, India and other developed countries, such programs are highly used to increase the skills of the students registered in vocation training programs (Galemore, 2011).
