Diversity management works with the leadership of organizations to create tools that guarantee that the workplace is equitable and all-inclusive. Diversity management may involve the establishment of a business strategy for managing a work environment that is diverse (DWL 2015). By fostering a diverse workforce that creates an innovative and productive environment, diversity at workplace helps a business to have a competitive advantage over other firms.
