Implementation of innovative idea Significance of implementation Implementation is turningan innovative idea into reality. It is the third process in the innovation strategy. According to the innovation strategy theory, Bidd & Bessant (2001), implementation is a vital process that makes the potential idea easily measured how feasible it is and realistic. Implementing a new idea becomes a challenge since many always have expectations of it to achieve the set targets. The key ring will be able to perform several functions exemplary. Firstly it will eliminate the usage of paper tickets when one wants to attend an event. The key ring has the capability of saving the client’s information e.g. ticket number, phone number e.tc. It can be used to pay for the event either by using cash or bank cards. This will cut some cost incurred to pay the cashier. Indeed, this key card is intelligent it will work smartly and deliver as it is expected. Implement process The key ring will come in different pattern or shape, for example, monkey, panda, rabbit e.tc. The client will choose the best shape they wish. The key ring will have a small card inside that has a chip embedded on it. The chip will require a period of 3-5 months to design and produce. Designing and producing the key ring will have to involve the stakeholders in the banking industry since the purchasing of the tickets will use bank cards. One of our team members has volunteered in the designing of the key card. The chip will be made by chip manufacturing, company which will do the following processes. The silicon from sand is refined till it is 100 percent pure. The silicon is molten and referred to as ingot; it is then sawed into a wafer. Upon completion of the chip manufacturing, the chips will be sent to us and we insert it to the different shapes, which we get from toy shops. People will be able to purchase the king ring from an automatic vending machine or online. Using any of the platforms, the king ring will be delivered to the client at no additional cost. Upon receiving the king card, the client will just swipe the key ring on the machine, then, choose on the classification that they want e.g. vocal concert. The event that will be held some later days will pop-out and they choose which one they will attend. They can buy the tickets by either pay using cash or bank cards. After payment is done, they swipe the king ring again and the relevant information will be saved e.g. ticket number. On the day of an event, one will just need to swipe the king ring at the check-in office and attend the event. To ensure this service is efficient, we shall use membership integrating system. Our team identified Hangzhou, China as one of the best cities with a developing event industry. The machine will be stationed in malls Organization structure for ACE Company Following Bellin analysis on the role each member of the team will play Lynn from the analysis scored high in being a plant and monitoring and evaluator for our organization. She is always fast in generating ideas and point out any progress and failure of the idea. Fanny will be our coordinator. She possesses this trait of being decisive in any situation. She will help us in fixing problems during service delivery at the machine or customer conflict. Ada will be our sharper. She is always inquisitive and for this she will challenge any idea that wants to be implemented and ensure it is planned and be achieved. Kangta will be our research investigator. She is always concerned with what happens outside our organization. She is an extrovert and will reach out to other competitors and help us identify opportunities and threats. Jessica can perform two roles exemplary i.e. being team worker and complete finisher. She adores peace and, therefore, will ensure conflict among team members is resolved, so as to ensure the set goals are achieved. Jassie will play the role of implementer, she has proven to us that she can synthesize ideas easily and roll them out. This is her outstanding trait that we needed for our idea to be implemented more efficiently especially for the public to be aware of the service we are providing. Problem that may arise if the five factors ( Andriopoulos, 2001) is not followed The five factors as stated by Andriopulos, are vital for the success of any organization especially those with an innovative idea that they have or want roll-out. Each of the factors will impact our organization (ACE) in different ways. Organizational culture This factor defines the values that are accepted by the organization. Boundaries are set and the way each member of the organization is expected to deliver and in general, behave accordingly (Abdoli & Khorshidi, n.d.). This factor is fundamental and forms the integral part of our organization. It is through this factor that total commitment from team member can be achieved. If an organization like ours lack an organizational culture, it will be difficult for us to achieve the set goals. For instance, we expect in three year period after rolling I out, the demand for services will increase to other cities in China like Shanghai, Beijing, and Hong Kong. In most cases, an organizational culture will weaken if one of our members feels that her opinions are not considered during a decision-making process. Therefore, he will vulnerable in doing things by her wish contrary to our organizational culture. As a team, we have agreed to involve each one of us in a decision-making process. Organization Climate The organizational climate is all about how one feels personally and about the nature of work. Ace will try to make sure all our employees love what they do. In our employment strategy, we are planning to have employees who not only have qualification for public relations, but also have the passion for it. Our employees will have the freedom, but to a limit this too will also apply to us members. According to (Kotler, 1980), an organization climate which is not conducive i.e. employees or members do not like what they are doing the future of the organization will be at stake and we will not be able to meet our three-year target. Motivating our workforce will be our priority. A motivated work-force is as an asset to an organization (Cofer & Appley, 1964). Organizational structure and system Organizational structure, states the relation of employees and members in the organization (Abdoli & Khorshidi, n.d.). Andriopoulos, suggested that the system clearly shows, how each member and employee will report to one another at their workstation. The structure should ensure operations within our organization are effective. If we fail to adopt this factor in our organization communication will be a problem. The line of communication ought to be clearly defined. If communication line is not defined, duplication of effort by our staffs and members leading to task conflict will hamper our service delivery. Leadership style A successful organization can be determined on the basis of leadership style it adopts. The leaders should have a vision for the organization on which each member of the organization should work towards it. Leadership that tends to be punitive will make it a tall order for the organization to achieve its set goals (Kotler, 1980). Our leadership style that we have adopted is rewarding and emphases on teamwork. If an organization fails to adopt a leadership that will encourage its employee it will be digging its own grave Resources and skills According to (Lynch, 2009), resources and skills are vital “engine” for an organization. They are the assets that makes the organization achieves the set goals and objectives. In Ace we have invested in resources required to deliver our services i.e. automatic vending machine and the king ring with card. Skills from our team members and the employed staffs will de our driving force. Our employees will be given freedom to exercise their way of thinking in service delivery. An organization that has an efficient use of skills and resources will result to downfall of an organization References Abdoli, F., & Khorshidi1, S. (n.d.).
