Effective Leadership Styles The job of a director for pre-payment review is a high caliber rank in a dynamic field that requires a candidate with a number of skills coupled up with knowledge in the related field and some work experience since he/she will be tasked with a lot of responsibilities requiring previous experience. Managing the pre-payment continuum is a risky job that requires open minded individuals with a dedication to work in order to achieve the objectives of the job. The incumbent in this job, needs to possess an undergraduate degree in either arts or science from a reputable institution of higher learning that bases its education on research and open learning; thus, to expose student to a number of emerging issues in the world (Kippenberger, 2002).
The incumbent should possess critical analysis skills since he will be analyzing the pre-payment analysis review reports from time to time to try and reconstruct any form of fraud or malpractice that may be going on with the scheme. The candidate, to take up the position should be shrewd and prompt in making key decisions since the job is risky and dynamic; thus, an open minded individual will be ideal for the position. Since the job will be touching on issues of fraud and .cybercrime, experience in handling fraud cases in the past will be of advantage to the incumbent to enable him/her to reconstruct any trends that may suggest fraud and thus, take the necessary precaution to bring the matter under control.
