The Taco Bell Company has built an image as a late-night destination and snacking company. It started with Happy hours loaded with griller burritos and fountain drinks at an affordable price. Social media is operational and intertwined into the entire organization with operations, marketing, and PR all playing a role in the overall social strategy for Tacos.

            Chipotle way of beating the competition is recruiting top-performing employees to ensure that the experience the organization provides is exceptional and highly regarded. Its restaurants are operationally efficient and pleasing. It constantly increases the company’s awareness and regards the environment highly.  The company uses classic cooking methods and has a unique interior design. The corporate strategy the company has used is that it has aggressively marketed low prices to attract customers to visit more often (Mertens, p. 18). The company is interested in how food is prepared and seeks out to pay for what they recognize as better. Chipotle values customers and that is why they are unwilling to compromise on serving delicious foods. The company aims to deliver quality foods coupled with high-quality ingredients. The company continuously strives to evolve in order to maintain a competitive advantage.
