Establishing Plan for Personal Development AFFILIATION: Establishing Plan for Personal Development Introduction Humans have a tendency to learn, relearn, and unlearn as well because the nature has placed the canny ability within its crown of creation to portray his or her accumulated sensory information into the intellectual context so that he or she can understand and comprehend deeper meanings of life1. The ability to adapt to the external environment has made man into the best creation of the God because he knows that people can commit crimes, sins, and wrongs, but they have the power to make things right as well. In order to find good in oneself, one has to listen to his or her heart’s weakest of all voices because it is going to tell him or her that he or she is ready. My Ambitions I always wanted to be a leader, and therefore, I attempted to make some sort of headway in this regard as well, but I failed miserably due to my raw nature of the communication skills. I am looking to have a career in human and social sciences, and in those fields, one has to have great interpersonal skills before he or she can professionally thrive and develop. The goal of this plan is to develop my powers to influence others, and I want to accomplish my goals and objectives through them. The manager has to be a leader as well in the modern times. I will however not go behind traditional jobs, and I am planning to be an entrepreneur in the industry of fast food2. The prices of meals are increasing with the passage of time, and therefore, even in America, people are finding it hard to keep their bellies full. Against Capitalism The capitalistic mindset is robbing people from their competencies in order to fulfill fiscal goals and objectives that hardly qualify as ethically and humanly right, but the world is running to create profit all the time. The humanistic values are dying out, and I want to make a difference in this world by providing the poor with food and beverages at a lower cost. The customers are going to be able to open credit lines with the store so that they can pay at the end of each month. In this way, they will never experience hunger as a result of empty pocket. The evolution of entrepreneurship into a socialistic notion needs the people like me in order to expand deep and wide in the nations of the world because social workers do not work to earn a living, but they do that in order to serve the humanity3. The business professionals have to exert themselves so that they can attain some kind of higher purpose in life, and when they succeed in this regard then, they will attain the lower ones as well. The businesses have to go beyond the requirement of maximizing profits because the ideals of economic rationality and self-interest are eating away the residual of humanity from the world. Core Idea The business that I will create will be of a small size and nature, but it might provide inspiration to others to follow the same path. The future of the social entrepreneurship lies in the present, and we have a civic responsibility to prove that yes, the businesses can grow out of traditional and conventional realities of economics because they have to do that in order to save the future of humanity. The social service is the defining attribute of collectivism, and therefore, the modern and democratic nations have always stood against the concept. They argue that one should earn his or her living on his or her own because they have to make an effort in order to earn. The supporters of abovementioned philosophy forget that society has to win the hearts and minds of the citizens in order to receive their services. The basic needs of the people are being commercialized with the passage of time. The cost of food is growing, and elite class has the right to receive membership in the pristine educational programs because they have the money. The future of the humanity is already set, but I will attempt to stand against the tide because human development is the drive that controls my life. I cannot stand as a silent and inactive bystander while the humanity vanishes from the flesh and blood of my fellows4. I will give them the message of humanity, and with any luck, they will listen to my words eventually. I have to keep trying until they listen. The human psyche requires them to believe in the practicalities of the ideas, and currently, the notion of social entrepreneurship is a boldly coined term without any practical evidence that can back up its application in the practical world of economics. Proving a New Business Model The econometric world does not have the intellectual capital to see the social entrepreneurship as a viable concept because it is against general background of the economic activity. However, if one has the courage to look closely then, he or she will definitively find out that social entrepreneurs do not want to give all away for the sake of God, but they will keep less for themselves, and bless the society with more. The philosophy of global citizenship will become a dominant force in the world, and it will bring collectivist’s mindset at the front row as well. Conclusion The business and economics of the future will dramatically change in order to incorporate futuristic concerns of the society, and one can bizarrely say that my contributions will make a difference as well. The bird who helped Moses by trying to extinguish the fire told the God that I am doing what I can in order to help the Prophet, and the same role will be played by me in the course of changing the current economic focus of the world.
