It has been determined from the study that the English is the most important language for establishing the online business project. According to the author if any business organization develops its websites, it is mandatory for the organization to translate the websites as per the targeted language. However, it is claimed that the translation of the language is quite difficult in nature, although an important task for drawing the visitors towards the website. In order to avoid challenges, the authors in the study claimed that it is mandatory for a company to establish an effective and strong communication. According to the Elena & Mariana (n.d.) English is very important language for the business communication primarily at international level. Notably, it has been stated that English is the most effective medium of establishing written and verbal form of communication for the success of any business. There are many companies such as American Express Call Centers and Ford Motor Company, which has been observed to use the written form communication. It has been further observed that the ABN AMRO a Dutch bank has established its call centre across 53 countries worldwide while English being the primary language for communication. Elena & Mariana (n.d.) also describes that many companies are trying to develop the e-commerce and e-business for expanding their markets all over the globe. The increasing rate of online users will be very much helpful for these companies to capture a greater portion of the market shares. Nevertheless, it has been proclaimed that medium of communication for a company dealing with online business is extremely crucial in the modern era. In addition, it has been noted that in the contemporary business environment English is an integral part of the business communication process. . Ainsworth, J. (2013). Business Communication Quarterly, 76(1), 28–50 Ainsworth (2012) emphasized the higher education in the business field. According to the author, it can be determined that the higher education is important for the making the communication process more advance in nature for creating the international economy stronger. It has been claimed that with the rapidly converging world economy, higher education for personnel involved in the business process is more important. Ainsworth (2012) further stated that the internationalization of higher education is vital for the students for understanding and accepting the different culture and languages of the diverse world. Accordingly, cross cultural study is identified to be a paramount aspect of the business organisations willing to expand businesses beyond the national boundary. According to the author it has been determined that the internationalization of the Higher education will certainly help the business organisations better understand the needs and preferences of customers located in the different parts of the world. Ainsworth (2012) in the study mentioned about the importance of the communication process for the organization operating in overseas market. In addition, it has been argued that there is an increasing need for focussing on the business communication process to successfully compete in the international business arena. However, it has been argued that despite the increasing need for effective business communication, many business organisations are reluctant to recognise business communication as one of the key criteria for operating business smoothly outside the home country. In this study, the author mainly focuses upon the social/cultural, academic, political and the economic rationales of the country. Accordingly, Ainsworth (2012) describes that the effective communication process can only implemented after the successful application of the intercultural higher studies. Guang, T., & Trotter, D. Guang & Trotter (2012) stressed on the cross cultural factors as an important element in the global business domain. It has been determined that the cultural factors have a radical influence on the successful operation of a business. Guang & Trotter (2012) noted that the understanding and accepting the different culture is the most important requirement for the contemporary organizations. It has been firmly advocated that in order expand business globally, it is mandatory to recognize the cultural differences existing within the targeted market. Organizations engaged in international business operation are required to apply an effective and strong communication skill for the successful marketing of its products and services. In this context, it has been claimed that the profitability of a firm is the result of the effective and impressive communication process. Moreover, Guang & Trotter (2012) describe about the general agreement on the tariff and trades along with globalization policy which may affect the public policy of the international trade rule. According to the authors, marketing strategies such as promotion and advertisement need to be adequately aligned with the culture and value of the host country to draw the attention of the native customers. It has been claimed that globalisation has created a greater requirement for the marketing managers to accept different cultures for doing the business profitably. Okoro (2013) further describes about the effectiveness of the cross cultural communication and the management for Multinational Corporations (MNCs). Okoro (2013) claimed that personnel responsible for executing managerial work in any MNC need to be well educated about the cross cultural and communication. With the increasing rate of the competitors in the multinational venture, joint ventures the organizations are referring the cross communications as a critical issue for the expansion of the company and its business.
