Management discussion questions India is a land, which can truly boast of unity in diversity. Starting from its geographical diversity in rugged terrain of lofty Himalayas to the lush coastline of Kanyakumari, it also consists of the contrast of dry Thar Desert to the rich fertile Ganga plains. The country also boasts of diversity in culture, languages, cuisine, and yet they all mingle together as a whole to form the country India. The positive thing about being from this country is that a person is well connected to his rich diversified culture that makes him appreciating and tolerant to the other cultures as well.

Further, it also instills in the mind a keen familial bond with the innate family and even the motherland giving the person strong roots to stand firmly to find his appropriate place in the world. Something negative about this country is that it is not so much financially a strong country like the U.S. therefore its standard of living is not so much high. In global dimensions, in the field of assertiveness Indian people are moderately assertive in comparison to the people of U.S.A. However, from the Future Orientation dimension which stresses about the delay of the immediate gratification so that something maybe achieved in future, Indian people lead in comparison to U.S.A.

This is because in this particular country the people think a lot and care a lot about their family.
