The company has been manufacturing shoes for almost over hundred years.Founded in the year 1889 with a minimum of eighty employees started facing organizational challenges. Due to the low pound value and cheap (economic) foreign imports, the company’s sales collapsed, resultingin enormous loss (Lisanti & Paul 2007, p. 71). The company’s workforce was almost collapsing in the year 1998 and the founder felt a challenging responsibility of sustaining the remaining thirty employees.

However, after receiving inspiration from an outrageous drag queen, he decided to change the company’s shoes fetish footwear. There is a certain point in business life, when old approaches, ideas, and directions can no longer manage or work for the business due to the chances taking place around the environment.
