Good virtues as a person are the key to success in such a job if one would like to rise to top management in the banking industry.

In terms of technical skills, being a banker requires a person who is clever and sharp. Normally, to qualify to work in a bank, it is inept for one to be a graduate in the field of Bachelor of Commerce or have a Certified Public Accounting (CPA), certificate. Furthermore, qualifying for such courses requires an individual who is bright and good in arithmetic as banking involves lots of calculations with minimal errors (Thomas, 2008).

            Furthermore, bankers need to demonstrate elite conceptual skills in their work. It is important that for bankers to progress and be successful, an element of creativity at work needs to exist. The purpose of such skills would ensure the continuity of the banking sector, minimize theft and improve banking services.

All in all, am proud to talk about my future career as a banker as it is the best job that I would love to do as I grow up.
