It primarily discusses the behavioural aspects of life that people adopt after the end of high school life. This book is one of the most significant books packed full of the vital suggestions for living. The book, in addition, touches on the appealing strategies on the efficiency and effectiveness of the fulfilments in the lives of the readers.

The Life 101 book to some extent focuses on all the important and crucial subjects most individuals never learnt at school (John-Roger & Peter, 1992). This, in addition, increases a reader’s self-confidence in reading of the book since the writing style used, especially in problem solving skills when it comes to pain and guilt, makes the readers feel like the writers of this book are well-known to them. Most of the students after reading the book, significantly improve on their different life-solving skills. The relationships discussed, in the book, also increase a student’s power of thought into having a more attractive and forgiveness powers, in his or her day-to-day lives.

Additionally, the book, through the topics discussed independently, also gives readers a more appealing and humble time to reflect on their lives and rectify on the deviance parts of their lives into conformity.
