One software developer took the recently announced "early retirement" package, and is leaving in one week however is confident that he will be able to finish his piece of the work before he leaves. Yellow2. It is hurricane season in Florida, where three of the developers are located therefore completion of tasks on time might get delayed however as they are ahead of their schedules it might not have much impact.Yellow3. There is a three day weekend in the coming month Yellow4. The developer who is retiring is the only person who knows how to get approval for the final product from the IRS.

RedConclusionTill date the project is on schedule and under the budget however the recent issues that might affect the delivery and costs are: leaving of one developer who is critical to get approval from the IRS, hurricane season where three developers are located and three day long weekend. Therefore it is being recommended that one more developer needed to be added in the team who knows how to get approval for the final product from the IRS and his contribution will put the project on schedule if it gets affected by any of these issues.
