Vision ment Generation 08 Cleaning Service vision is to be a leading partnership in Kenya in our field and grow in all dimensions, expanding in areas of operation while giving highly satisfactory services to our customers through emphasis of the quality of our services and at the same time coming up with innovative methods of cleaning that will give a new meaning to cleaning services and set the pace for our competitors. The partnership hopes to give a new look to the areas that it operates in and to become a power to reckon with in the cleaning industry.
Meaning of the organization
Generation 08 Cleaning Service is a general cleaning partnership that handles domestic and office cleaning such as doing laundry, car washing, lawn mowing, office cleaning, live fences trimming and waste disposal in and around the town of Eldoret within a 50 km radius. The business is a small limited liability partnership.
The partnership is six months old and currently serves a clientele of 25 households and 4 institutions. If it is to achieve its vision of expansion, then it must achieve its long term of creating a client base of 2000 households and at least 25% of all the educational and religious institutions in the town. We also hope to attract a sizable amount of the office buildings in our area of operation. The business also aspires to increase its radius of operation to 200 km and open at least 5 other branches in different towns and cities. This means proper and innovative measures have to be put in place to give the partnership an edge over its competitors that will allow for such a fast expansion.
The business hopes to increase its asset base value from the current $50 000 to $ 2 000 000. With increased areas of operation, we hope to buy 4 more vehicles as well as eight more washing machines. We also hope to increase our staff from 8 to at least twenty. We plan to mechanize some of hand operated activities in order to make savings. We are also optimistic that in five years, the business will have bought a plot to dispose waste and have obtained a license for industrial waste disposal. This will enable the partnership collect enough revenues that will aid in the achievement of the long term goal (Romero, 2012).
To achieve this, we have put sound strategies in place that will ensure that the vision is attained in the shortest time possible. To this end, we have put timelines of what the partnership ought to have achieved at what time in place that will enable us evaluate if the business is moving in the right direction and at the right pace. Mitigation measures have also been put in place to ensure that any arising issues that may hinder the achievement of the visions are handled as fast as is possible.
The vision is one of guiding pillars in the business; its achieving will be the biggest index of success in the business. The vision also puts all the stakeholders in our business at the end of the tether as it calls for extremely high levels of hard work, innovation and efficiency failure to which the same will not be achieved. It, therefore, does more than guide. It drives.
