Leadership Principles Effective leadership is the basis for the success of any organizations. Numerous instances of organizations exhibit how important effective leadership actually is.  Credible leaders encourage satisfaction and comfort at work place, a strong spirit of teamwork and cooperation, and better feelings of personal responsibility and ownership. Successful leaders foster and value Human relations. They consider humans as the precious assets of organization therefore they provide them feelings of worthiness and trust.

Good leaders promote Team Concept for organization wide success. Team efficacy can be created by developing an environment of trust and confidence among team members. Reward system and performance evaluation must be modified in order to divulge team performances. Understanding People Dealing with variety of Human behavior is another challenging task for leaders. The primary way of overcome diverse perceptions is to conduct active diversity management programs. Skilled managers emphasize carefully on.

Managing diversity challenge is another issue for leaders. They need to embrace the individualism of every employee and should commemorate diversity by accentuating its positive aspects. Multiplying Effectiveness Managers often get things done through others, effective manages, therefore need to understand how to delegate and whom to delegate. Effective delegation includes clarifying the assignment to subordinate, allow them to participate, informing others regarding that delegation, establishing feedback channels.

If a leader has good command over assigning the tasks to others, than he can multiply effectiveness throughout the organization. The Leader’s personality often acts as an inspiration for his subordinates. Personality traits and character attributes develop respect for leaders, these characteristics may include: Compassion, determination, charisma, intelligence, vision, consistency, appearance, decisiveness etc. Developing Others People suffering from burnout problem often don’t feel any hope of positive change in their circumstances.

Managers need to assist their subordinates through Burnout prevention by dividing the burnout employees in groups, discuss the situation due to which burnout occurred and then capture effective approaches that can be preventive for burnout problems. Establishing better leader-employee relationship and Helping the Subordinates create better environment at workplace. Leaders should practice honesty, be fair, share their feelings, show consistency and fulfill their promises in order to develop and maintain a delightful environment to work.

Conclusion Points discussed above can be very helpful in both personal and professional life of individuals. They may assist a person in achieving their personal and professional goals as well as give them outlook for future decision making purposes.
