Don needs to work towards recognizing as well as expressing a corporation's final goal.

He needs to polish his characteristics towards being able to develop the acceptance of team objectives. Only if Don keeps higher expectations in mind as regards how the whole scenario will turn out, he will be able to provide his team members with a structure that they can follow while going through the process ( Dean, 2001, pg 90). Furthermore, there is a dire need for him to be able to create rational motivation amongst his team members. Because don has always led the organization and his team in a more participative manner, he is unable to somehow, convince all of the founding team members that he deems as the most significant, to agree with this modification within their entire business setup.

Teri with the trust and faith Don had in her, instead of acting suddenly towards sending forth her recognition, could have easily assisted an external Change Consultant within the process, as a thorough professional; acting as a swishing board along with the third party; edifying with reference the change strategies for how to progress; assisting in planning the big change strategy in addition to the major events, communications, guidance sessions, in addition to meetings; evaluating the growth, troubles, anxieties; helping facilitate change within the approach and activities; facilitating the route amendments to the change plan with the change course ( Dean,2001, pg 120).
