To run a system properly, there have to be certain checks and balances otherwise the system would fail as no one would be accountable for their doings.It's the C.E.O and his team, which add to the trouble for the public limited companies as they're the one who in the end try to buy out the share's from the shareholders at cheaper rates to get hold of the company and get benefit out of it and neglect the shareholder's right. Most of the companies go private because it motivates their C.E.O to work for the company and shareholder's interest, which usually doesn't happen as in the end, the C.E.O of the company teams up with the board of directors to buy out the company at the lowest price the shareholders are willing to accept, and in later stages, that is after around fifteen to twenty years, when the number of company's assets and sum goes up, they decide to publicize the company again.
