Moreover, the other problem linked with Obama Care can be apparently observed as higher rate of insurance premiums, affecting the financial conditions of the nation at large. In this regard, it has been viewed that the rate of insurance premium relating to Obama Care is almost double as compared to other insurance service providers. The major problem lies in the fact that the imposition of new taxes would eventually raise governmental spending at large (The Heritage Foundation, 2013). Background on the Case In corporate America, Obama Care will impose new compliance regulations and numerous indirect costs particularly on small and medium-sized organizations.

According to the report published by The Heritage Foundation (2013), it can be apparently observed that Obama Care will protect and deliver quality along with affordable healthcare to the people belonging to the US. This particular site in the form of a source provided valuable information about the impact of Obama Care towards developing the healthcare services of the US. In terms of raising healthcare costs, it can be stated that the health plan tends to deliver healthcare services at low along with affordable costs, rising governmental spending at large. . ations and interviews conducted, it can be apparently observed that Obama Care generated ample job opportunities, offered effective healthcare benefits to the employees belonging to various US organisations and funded along with expanded efficient community based healthcare centres.

One of the major problems pertaining to the case can be viewed as affecting certain chief areas that include job growth, consumer costs and wages among others. This particular problem mainly developed through cutting down the working hours of the employees from full time to part time in order to evade paying health coverage to them (The Heritage Foundation, 2013). Proposed Solutions One of the proposed solutions in relation to the above identified problem can be apparently observed as decreased healthcare costs.

Moreover, the other proposed solutions include raising governmental funds, enlarging training facilities for young adults and generating huge number of jobs among others. The other proposed solution is developing effective health insurance programs for small enterprises. It is worth mentioning that apart from the above discussed proposed solutions, the health plan i.e. Obama Care will also need to offer refundable tax credits to lower income families and individuals in order to avail affordable healthcare benefits.

In order to mitigate the problems associated with affecting job growth and consumer costs along with hiring among others, certain effective regulations have been proposed concerning the development of health insurance related programs especially for the employees.
