At the same time, it creates intercultural communication challenges for both multicultural workforces and the organisations in business environment. Rq2 Is there a statistically significant relationship between psychological factors and communication behaviours of the multicultural workforce in multicultural organizations? Rq3 What are the major challenges that non-English speaking organisations face when communicating in English? Rq4 Is there a statistically significant relationship between diverse cultures and workplace conflicts within multicultural organisations? Rq5 Is there a statistically significant relationship between multicultural workforces and miscommunication when communicating in English within a multicultural organisation? Rq6 Is there difference between people of High and Low cultures in their attitudes about communication? 3.3 Research Hypothesis Hypothesis is a tentative explanation that accounts for a set of facts and can be tested by further investigation (Sukamolson, 2010).
