I got the managerial skills through the different classes and modules here. In this essay, I will explain what the MBA course really made me into and the lessons from different modules as well as interaction with people from different backgrounds.I came to the MBA course from an entirely different background. While attending the classes, I got the prior real-world work experience that helped to improve the managerial skills. I learned the various scientific approaches to management through the various modules here.

I got the following general management abilities from the course. The first one is an understanding of global and domestic economic theories, financial markets and financial systems and applications of business i8n each of these settings. The second one is a clear understanding of the perceptions of customers on various products and to identify their needs. This helped me to participate in the development of products and services in the field work. Moreover, I got a clear understanding of production models and distribution systems.

Through the various modules, I clearly understood how to analyze the cultural, political, social and economic environment of an organization. I learned this mainly from the module on organizational behavior I also learned the ethical issues involved in business, laws of corporate governance, the role of core values in an organization etc. My leadership skills have improved and I learned how to work in a team effectively. Moreover, the various modules taught me how to understand different forms of diversity in an organization.

My verbal, written and communication skills have also improved a lot, which are needed for becoming a good manager, through the modules, the presentations, and the dissertation. My problem-solving skills have developed a lot which will help me a lot while doing a managerial position.
