The compound bill, which has more than 1,400 pages, allocates new tasks to approximately 21 federal agencies such as the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and the energy Department. It also creates new federal programs like an effort to bound deforestation in developing countries. Particular cabinet departments have been viewed by this House as the most important in determining the existence and cause of climate change (Wilson 45).

They include the Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Department of Energy (DEO). The Department of energy has been perceived as vital in collaborating on adaptation and clean energy. The department’s Office of Fossil Energy is assessing the causes of climate change and the impacts on DOE facilities. In addition, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is assigned to safeguard the natural environment, that is, land, water, and air. Finally, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is expected to develop and execute US federal bureaucracy policies on agriculture, farming, and protection of natural resources.
