In addition, the people managing the healthcare services will be well trained to meet the high world-class standards. The services will be made accessible to everyone and, therefore, no one will be left out in any case. The world-class healthcare provision will not only serve the existing generation, but also the generations to come.

The political aspect of human development shall be based on the constitution to help in the resolving of the political leadership of the citizens of Qatar.
