Amidst the complexities of the health care delivery system this paper in its context will cover the good and essential points of public healthcare by focusing on the statement: "Health care is best provided by the government to the entire population." The same principle covers the sickness fund of France and Germany that serves as an insurance company by collecting premiums and paying providers within the national health care delivery system (Henderson 401). Since the government allocates a remarkable amount of state capital budgeting for healthcare hence it is nevertheless well funded.
