The Great Gatsby - Book Report/Review Example

PROFFESSOR: The Great Gatsby I do agree with this ment.In the novel, Nick attends as a sincere and sarcastic character., I enjoyed and loved the novel on the way nick connects on speech style. It is so unique. The way he communicates to the reader is extraordinary thus why his honesty confides to the reader. At certain scene, he seems to address the reader and not his fellow characters. At certain scenes , he expresses his emotional move more than the acting point of view. He is a deadpan joker and uses this as a weapon to overcome some circumstances.

Also at other parts of the novel he makes the reader to be more eager to know what is going to happen next, his character is so interesting. #2 I do agree with this statement that a reader will want to reread this novel as many times as he or she can since it outlines the American lifestyle. Fitzgerald expresses high levels of creativity, with his story expressing life issues like romance and society issues. (Fitzgerald& Matthew, 122). Almost everyone can read the book and will find something relating to his character too, whether it will be related to Nick’s life.

As a matter of fact expressed by the author, people will not see who you are, but the gossip around you.
