Extract of sample "The White Fox by Artist Jeannie Mottet"

The values of the colors in the picture, save for the white fox fur, are very dark.  That is the most striking element of the whole piece.

The main principle of design is an asymmetrical balance, the balance being the key factor—which is also known as informal balance, the fulcrum of the painting showing the woman’s gloves. This is a very visually interesting piece of work.  What seems to be the intent of the artist is to focus on the woman’s hands, folded politely.  Meanwhile, her white fox fur denotes a lavish lifestyle, which perhaps conflicts with her true nature.
Many interpretations could be made about this painting, but the bottom line is that the artist, Ms. Mottet, did an excellent job of portraying this young woman. Overall, the painting was very pleasing and hopefully will bring much joy to others.
