I have worked as government intelligence advisor for three years. I own a consultancy firm with high reputation in criminology. 2. Purpose for the Report Forensic profiling is an analysis that of traces and leads. The aim of the report is to develop an offenders’ profile. Victims in these scenarios are imaginary and the offender is not identified. The profiling has to be developed from case details provided. Various theories of offenders are applied. A critical crime scene analysis has been involved in profiling and forensic victimology details are described. Serial murder possibility is analyzed leading to development possible cause of crime. The detective method used for this report was inductive. Crime events were identified and analyzed and a probable profiling link established (Brain, 2001). 3. Source of Information and Inferences Enough information has to be collected at a crime scene (White, 2010). It should include places a victim or an offender was last seen. White (2010) recognizes two types of offenses which are volume crime and serious crime. According to Bell S (2008), scene examination is essential for the identification of the offender and to conclude a scene as a crime scene (Ebisike, 2007 and Douglas et al, 1986) argues that there is also the need to counter check witness statements and to retrieve leads and intelligence aimed at delivering justice to the parties involved. According to Crawford (2013), exhibits should be well selected and only relevant material should be acquired for profiling. For instance in this case, DNA samples were essential. Such samples include hair strands, skin and semen (Nickell and Fischer 2013). In these cases, group analytics psychotherapy is employed (Doemer and Lab, 2014). It is a method employed where signs of sexual abuse are present. According to Cordess and Cox, (1995), past social life can be a lead to crime investigation. Motives for violence against women can lead to serious crime (Motz, 2008 and Hearn, 2010). A crime offender can have revenge motives towards a victim like in this case (Doemer and Lab, 2014). According to Burgess et al, (2010), Most of sexual offenders are likely to replicate a sexual related crime. Such offenders must have had a nasty relationship in the past with similar sexual partners. Organized crimes in most occasions are a misery because they can involve syndicates or even close friends. They can also be hierarchical (Fulero and Wrightsman, 2008). At time organized crimes can be ethnic, local based or Offenders operating very close to the victim (Crawford, 2013). FBI profiling requires a forensic victimology (Turvey, 2011). In this profiling, interpretation of evidence is done in a scientific fashion (Shone and Spender 2008). Aspects are of concern in this method and they include victim t exposure. Both inductive and deductive methods complement each other’s background; victim exposure; lifestyle exposure; career; afflictions; personal traits; and incident offender’s profiling (Palermo and Kocsis, 2005). 4. Case Details Autopsy results of Samantha Wiliams body Samantha Wiliams aged 23 was a victim of the crime. She is a brown eyed Caucasian with blonde hair. The autopsy revealed she was in perfect health when alive. Petechial hemorrhaging could be detected from the victim and several detected around the victim’s neck. The size and patterns of these marks indicate the probability of rope used to strangle the victim. The positioning of the strangulations further suggests that she was strangled from an anterior position. From the bruises on the victim, the offender is possibly left handed. Samantha’s windpipe had collapsed walls implying that the force of strangling must have been enormous. Other bruises were visible on the Samantha’s; chest area, back side, and upper side of the fore limbs. The probable cause of such bruises could be a result of blunt force trauma. The victim must have been hit using a club or almost similar rounded weapon. Type of facial bruises on the victim suggests frequent fist blows. All the bruises were estimated to have been inflicted two days ago. The victims’ fore-limbs had marks of burns and such burns resemble that caused by a cigarette. A rope must have been used to immobilize both of the victim’s limbs. Evidence is in the bruises and rope-marks on the ankles and the wrist. Samantha’s breast must have been subject of deep cuts had blood clots on the cuts. Clotting only occurs when one is alive implying she was cut when still alive. There is significant evidence of sexual assault. Several bruises were traceable in the in the genitalia. The bruises on the vault suggest that a penis like tool was forcefully inserted. There is high possibility that the victim was alive during the assault. The anal exist had more bruises this indicates the nature of the sexual assault. The kind of penetration seem not have had any lubrication leading to bruises. Hair strands were traced in the mouth of the victim. In addition, signs of trauma were also evident in the mouth. The victim must have been forced to perform oral sex when alive. The autopsy discovered partial lividity which implies that the victim was placed on the ground facing upwards. Toxicological examinations nullified traces of hard drugs and narcotics. However, according to examination, the victim must have ingested alcohol when alive. Other ingestions included bread and water which must have been eaten eight hours before her demise. Her death is approximated to have occurred between 2200 Hrs on 4th June, 2015 and 0100 Hrs on 5th June, 2015. Autopsy results of Erin Davis body Erin Davis aged 26 was another victim. The Caucasian female’s hair and eye description matches that of the first victim. The autopsy suggests that she seemed to lack most health complication when alive. Only the lungs had scaring implying she was asthmatic or had chest complication. Davis too had petechial hemorrhaging. Around the victims neck were ring like abrasions. Type and patterns of the marks suggest that a kind of rope used to strangle Erin. The strangulations suggest that she was strangled from front. From the bruises on the victim, the offender is possibly left handed which is consisted with the first victim. The windpipe walls had collapsed suggesting the strangling must have imposed too much pressure. Davis body parts which had bruises were; the area around the chest; the back; and upper side of the fore limbs. That is evidence of blunt force trauma. The victim must also have been hit using a club or almost similar rounded weapon. The facial bruises on the victim indicate frequent fist blows. All bruises possibly inflicted two days before Davis’ demise. The fore-limbs had burn marks which are similar to that caused by a cigarette. A rope must have been used to tie up all of the victim’s limbs. Evidence is from the bruises and rope marks on the ankles and the wrist. The victim’s left breast must have been subject some kind of bite. There were blood clots on the bite marks. Clots indicate that she was bitten when still alive and also had deep cuts. The pattern suggests the offender used a left arm. Evidence of rape is in the bruises and thighs suggesting violent penetration of a penis like object. Similar bruises were discovered on the anal exit. All penetration was likely effected when the victim was alive. Davis’ mouth had trauma and strands of hair indicating she might have been forced to perform oral sex during torture. The autopsy further revealed partial lividity. Davis must have been dumped on ground facing upwards. Toxicological examination eliminated any use of narcotics. The victim however must have ingested eaten bread and water six hours before demise. Her death must have occurred between 2300 Hrs on 2nd July, 2015 and 0200 Hrs on 3rd July, 2015. Autopsy results of Jessica Mitchell body Jessica Mitchell aged 25 was a third victim. The Caucasian female’s hair and eye description resembles the first two victims. Autopsy examinations reveal she was in good health. She had petechial hemorrhaging and the neck had ring like abrasions of strangulation. Abrasions reveal that a kind of rope was used to strangle the victim. Marks indicate she was strangled from the front. Marks suggest the offender was possibly left handed. This is consisted with the other two victims. Jessica’s windpipe was collapsed indicating that the strangling must have involved excessive pressure. Other body parts had several bruises. They included; the area around the chest; the back; and upper side of the fore limbs. Such bruises suggest blunt force trauma where must have been hit using a club or almost similar rounded weapon. The facial bruises on the victim indicate frequent fist blows. She was also tortured forty hours before her demise. Jessica’s arms and abdomen had burn marks. Such burns must have been caused by cigarette. Both ankles were broken. Further examination discovered calcification. There is was no possibility that it was a recent fracture. Each of the victims breast has a single bite. Blood clotting suggest that she was bitten when still alive. Genital parts had a number of bruises. Anal and vaginal regions had bruises suggesting there was sexual assault. Such bruises suggest there was incidence of rape. She also had hair strands and trauma in the mouth. Jessica must have been compelled to perform oral sex. There is evidence that her hair was cut during the abduction haphazardly. Autopsy revealed partial lividity. Jessica’s body was possibly laid upside down after being murdered. Toxicological tests ruled out possibility illicit drug use. Alcohol traces were absent. Jessica must have ingested bread and water ten hours before death. Her death must have occurred between 0030 Hrs and 0230 Hrs on 1st August, 2015. Crime Scene Evidence West Coast Drive scene The first victim’s body was discovered here on 5th June, 2015. An elderly man on a morning walk alongside his dogs discovered the body. This was around 0500 Hrs. The body had been dumped under a street light on a public car park near Hillary beach in Sorento. It was a female body lying on its back and stripped naked. Scene evidence identified several bruises on the neck face and genitals. Breasts were wounded with ankles and wrist having injuries. Some of the hair had been cut. Eliot Road Scene This was on 3rd July, 2015. A young woman on a morning run located a body at about0500 Hrs. the scene is on the outskirts of Trigg Bushland Reserve in Karinyup. It was a female body lying on its back with its head facing upwards. The body was totally stripped. Some hair had been cut. Onsite, bruises were visible. Body parts bruised included; the face; the neck; the genitals; ankles and wrists. Breasts had wounds. Marine Parade, Cottesloe Beach This scene was discovered on 1st August, 2015. Two men discovered this at about 0430 Hrs. the boys had gone for an early swim. It was a female body totally stripped naked. The body was lying on its back with her face facing up. Some of the hair must have been cut. Several bruises were visible on the body. Most affected parts included; the face; neck; genitals; breasts; ankles and wrist. Breasts, ankles and wrists had wounds. Forensic Evidence Samantha Wiliams Her body must have come into contact with oil. The chemical analysis indicated that the oil is similar to a brand called Castrol RX. Cuts on the breast were probably caused by a kind of hunting knife. Samples from burns linked them to cigarette burns. Furthermore, investigations on neck samples identified orange nylon strands. Potential DNA lead samples were extracted from the finger nails and mouth. There was no identification from the police database. Erin Davis Her body must have come into contact with an oil product. The examination the oil was similar to a brand called Castrol RX. The cuts on the breasts were similar to that of Samantha. A same type of knife must have been used. It must have possibly been a small hunting knife. Samples revealed orange colored nylon strands were present. A similar kind of nylon rope must have been used on the victim. Bites on her breasts were identical to a human dental formula. More samples from skin burns were investigated. The burns were linked to a glowing cigarette. Rape kits did not identify the DNA of extracted fluids. A hair strand was retrieved from the Davis’ mouth. Similarly, the DNA tag was not recognized in the database. Jessica Mitchell Oil stains were detected on the victim’s hair. Analysis established the oil brand must be Castrol RX. The knife used must have been similar to that of the first two victims. Orange colored nylon strands were also retrieved from the victim. A tough nylon rope must have been used to tie up the victim. Similarly burns were identical to the burns in the first two victims. A glowing cigarette must have caused the burn. Dental pattern on the bite marks were identical to the first two. Four hair strands were retrieved from the victim’s mouth. The DNA of these strands is similar to the one from Davis’ mouth. 5. Victimology A forensic victimology was conducted on the three bodies. The findings are described below. Samantha Wiliams There is no lead to determine whether the victim was known to the offender. Samantha was abducted immediately she had left her friends watching a movie. There is enough prove that she made out with her boyfriend Jason since Seminal fluid was left in her car’s rear seat. Force must have been involved. Analysis of hair strands, seminal fluid and finger prints match Jason’s DNA. There is no link if force was used in the incident. The car was possibly stationery since she parked it to watch a movie. Her friends suggest that she had tendency to make-out with several cute boys. Samantha never had anything serious with the boys but often flirted with them. There is a possibility of this being a revenge motive. Only Jason was recently involved in a serious relation with Samantha. Erin Davis body On the night of 1st July, 2015, Davis went missing. She failed to arrive home that night. Her car was left parked on her way home. Forensic only revealed her boyfriend and roommate had entered her car.. Her boyfriend admitted they were sexually intimate more frequently. He stated that they were both comfortable in the act. Davis’ car seemed to have been parked under no pressure. Her friends noticed that she was hot and loved partying. There is still no lead of the offender from the evidence collected. Jessica Mitchell Jessica’s whereabouts could not be determined on 29th July, 2015. That fateful night she was meeting friends. She later parted with friends at 0830 Hrs. her abandoned car must have been well parked under no pressure. Forensic examination on the car did not reveal any foreign DNA material. The victim used to flirt a lot with boys. Her behavior is similar to that of Samantha. There is high possibility that she had multiple partners. The offenders target must have had a similar motive. All the victims have a slim body, brown eye and blonde hair. Their heights and weight are almost similar. Shape of cars used was almost similar with a difference only in the make. Seemingly all the three victims were abducted at night. Evidence of cars well parked indicates a well executed plan. All victims were seriously tortured and raped before passing away. The lead indicates the offender s likely to be the same. 6. Offenders Characteristics The offender in all occasions conducted a well organized crime. There were no signs to indicate points of abduction. It is certainly a male offender. Evidence of this is in the semen. He must have had enough information of all victims’ movement. There is a possibility the offender is good at eliminating leads and evidence. There must be good forensic intelligence behind all the three crimes. He made sure that no finger print was left behind. There is a high chance that the offender is well versed with the security system in the area. Evidence is enough to prove the offender lacks a national identification document. The nature of crime indicates that the offender was not alone. To execute such plans need a number of people to abduct, torture, rape kill and dump. He must be a merciless criminal whose motive is just to rape torture and kill. The bites and cuts on the breasts and bruises can confirm this. It is possible that the offender has a mental disorder. According to Motz (2008), such characteristics are a result of mental disorder. Selection of victims is similar where all are female with blonde hair and brown eyes. Coincidentally, all the victims drove personal cars and were alone during time of abduction. The mental disorder must have developed in the past. Nasty experiences can lead to such disorder (Cordess and Cox 1995). The offender must have had a nasty relationship with a lady who suits the definitions of the victims. Victims at one point or another must have rejected, played or dumped the offender. Such acts can trigger this kind of mental disorder (Brain, 2001). Cigarette burns suggest that the offender is a cigarette smoker. The offender was the same since there was consistency in DNA specimen from victims. 7. Conclusion Three Caucasian victims were found dead on different days in different area. The victims were Samantha Williams (23 year old), Erin Davis (23 years old) and Jessica Mitchell (25 years old). Intelligence evidence established there was abduction and tortured. All the victims had blonde hair and brown eyes and a slim posture. There was consistency in the autopsy reports of all victims. All had knife cut on breasts and two of the victims had bites. Substantial evidence indicates the victims were raped during abduction. It is possible that this was a well organized crime and more likely various individual were involved. An identical offender must have sexually assaulted the victims during torture. DNA from pubic hair strands can prove this. Two victims were at one time involved in flirting with multiple boys. However this is not a strong lead to the crime motive. From literature, it can be concluded that the offender has a unique mental disorder.
