The right to the death penalty for existence is one of the most controversial issues. There are only two opinions: “death penalty should exist” and “death penalty should not exist”. It is important to note that this debate is one of the controversies, which may last forever and a compromise may not be found. Such an upsetting conclusion can be made due to the character of the debate because in this controversy both sides are right and wrong at the same time.

If to listen to the proponents of the death penalty, it is not possible to consider them wrong. How is it possible, for example, to justify the actions of a criminal, who killed a little child? It is impossible to let this person exist further, moreover to give him a chance to appear among other members of society again one day. Such people should be eliminated, they should not exist, because their behavior can’t be corrected anyhow. So, the death penalty is very helpful here and should be used.
