The managers also are buying shares that may end up pushing up the prices in the market; therefore, these small investors are advised to wait until the stock price goes down.
The laws or guidelines that the regulators enforce include the disclosure rules as transactions and holdings of directors, officers and company insiders. The company would disclose its financial status regularly through the monitoring of the state agencies on its trading engagements in the stock market. Lastly, the rules also require the company to always conducting its shareholders meeting within a specified period.
