Timeline of Gangs in America Different gangs are indulged in different activities in America. Theses gangs were involved in robbing trains in 1800s. Capone is another important gang that started terrorizing neighbors in 1900s. These activities are still on the rise and especially the teens of America are highly indulged in kidnapping and rape casesGang activities are present in America since 1800s. These gangs used to be functional under their specific culture. In western regions of America, gangs used to rob trains for passengers money.

In 1900s, Capone gang with other gangs started terrorizing the neighborhood. In 1950s, criminal organization of Vice Lord was found by a group of teenagers of 16th street.In 1960s, another criminal organization “Black Gangster Disciples” was established in Chicago. In 1970s, Giancana received a shot in head and died. Issue is still unresolved that he was killed by a gang or CIA.In 1980s, “Marquette ten” policemen were alleged of receiving bribes from a drug dealer.In 1990s, operations silver shovel was a major operation conducted against the police corruption.

Drug trafficking and labor union corruptions were taken to task.In 2000, Hanhardt supported a gang of mastermind thieves. The gang was involved in steeling more than 4.85 million US dollars across the nation.From 2000 to date, Los Angeles witnessed 392 cases of Homicide. People of Los Angeles still suffer from poverty and gang violence. Latino and other gangs and drug mafias have entered in the American cities now.
