(a) The Service Provider agrees to complete the tinting service within three (3) business days and the Client agrees to engage the Service Provider for three (3) days within the business days specified in clause 6(b) and agreed to in Schedule 4. (a) The Service Provider requires that the Client picks up their glasses on the due date as agreed in Schedule 4 and the Client agrees to provide payment in cash upon receiving of the tinted sunglasses not later than 5 business days after the due date.

The Service Provider respects the intellectual property rights of others. However, in case the Client specifically requires to imprint a trademark owned by others, the Service Provider shall not be liable for that
