As a result, there is comparison and contrast of the various international criminal justice systems especially on addressing the major global crimes and criminal issues. At this point, Waller presents some significant facts that it is important to understand that the only means US could promote effective implementation of its policy associated with its war on drugs is to encourage the entire world to have its stand to fight on illegal possession and use of prohibited drugs.
