All these measures of system survey that compare are included in the hospital. The use of HCAHPS has been active since the year 2006. Its purpose is measuring the perspective of the hospital care to the patient. Qualified SNFs should have a good communication with the patients. The star rating is significant to the society, individuals and the institutions. The hospital might change for better after realizing their weaknesses, and the patients are able to make the appropriate choice.
