The total capital required, i.e. $164 million, is very huge. Although the government is providing assistance in this regards but it is not enough to complete work swiftly. 2. The lack of employee’s knowledge about the new system is another obstacle. In this regard UCSF has established knowledge bank but again it required time for people to get used to it. 3. USCF Health Center is very huge organization and has large numbers of departments working under their single administration. This is another obstacle integrating the entire organization on a single information system.
