Information technology has penetrated to all parts of the world enabling patients get medical attention in the right time. Health care providers are able to get useful information in a timely manner. This has made it possible for the health care providers to actively participate with the patients. Preventive measures will be developed by proper systems in the medical health records by the year two thousand and thirty. Public Health Records are getting advanced with time (Friedman, 2010). Medication done online by the health institutions and pharmacies will enable sharing of useful data from multiple locations all over the world (Card & Chandler, 2011). This will benefit the medical health records implementation. The age of the patients is major factor to consider in the medical health records. The screen complexity study indicated that most people of old age took a lot of time in comprehending the screen options on the computer (Janssen, 2011). They also took long to interpret simple instructions. Old people expressed frustration in the new systems. It is believed that in the year two thousand and thirty, there will be no challenges associated with computer illiteracy. Personal health information usage is a lifelong commitment. This study indicates the need of averting the risk perception associated with the new systems by training the health officers on the application of the system. Medical health records will dictate a standard style of communication so that the health care providers and the patients must use one medical language to enable two way interpretations of data. It will enable uniform relay of information from different health care providers. Confidentiality is one of the most critical elements in the medical health records. This means that the information regarding individuals must be organized in a way that other people may not access with ease (Janssen, 2011). This suggests customised paths to the users of the computer programs. It is important to group the systems in socio economic status with incorporation of age, mental conditions and physical abilities.
