Club IT nightclub is most popular club in its area and its administration desires to enhance the overall technology structure. In this scenario Club IT nightclub needs to implement a new and more enhanced technology based structure for the business. The main aim behind this new technology structure implementation is to enhance the overall operations, management, security, business and marketing activities. In this report I will present a detailed and comprehensive overview and analysis of new technology implementation at Club IT nightclub. In this report I will suggest the technologies that will be implemented in future regarding the potential enhancement of the business and overall management operations of Club IT nightclub business. Overview After the emergence of new business technologies the overall business management has greatly improved. Now we have better tools and techniques business management. The use of modern and up-to-date technology in the business always offers better support to the business in managing and organizing the organization’s resources. However, the implementation of information technology at business is a challenging task which requires extensive resources, knowledge, and planning. Club IT nightclub aimed to implement a new and more enhanced business and technology management structure. This report is aimed to offer a deep insight in to the new technology based structure implementation at Club IT nightclub. The basic intention behind this new technology structure implementation is to enhance the overall business and operational structure of the business. Business background Lisa Tejada and Ruben Keys own the Club IT nightclub. Club IT has transformed and renovated its old night club structure into a new and improved structure. In this new renovated night club structure they have a total space of 6,000 square feet (Case Study). In this total space they have 600 square feet for dancing floor; here they have 220 square foot for seats for customers, a bar with four pour stations and a kitchen for appetizers (Case Study). Club IT nightclub management has adopted a better business and customer support strategy. The main business owners Lisa Tejada and Ruben Keys both have spotlighted on the customer satisfaction and offering the effective services to customer in each area of entertainment and amusement (Case Study). In this scenario they have defined a business strategy that suggests that “we, Ruben and Lisa, offer you live music, DJs, dance space and refreshments that suit your lifestyle (Case Study). You are our friends, and we seek to build a community that meets regularly at Club IT." Club IT nightclub has established an all purpose business structure that involves Bar, Music, Movie, Food, Dance and lot of other things. In this multi-style business there is a vital need for the enhanced management of business and operations. This business has attracted lot of people. This business mostly attracts single adults and young couples into the area. Besides there is lot much for children, young professional, college students, tourists, and business travelers. As we talk about the environment of Club IT that is designed in a very good way with High ceilings, live music, dance floor and energy lighting. Here we can eat and drink watch move and lot of other entertainment (Case Study). Current Technology Structure of Club IT This section is about the present technology structure at Club IT. In the present structure they have small computer based database system, a small Internet, security system and small other IT based structures. They have main IT equipments that comprise a Computer and a printer, Software, Modem, Photocopier, Fax Machine, Postage Scale and Meter and Paper Shredder. The communication structure inside the business comprises different combination of devises. This structure offers a great opportunity regarding the communication inner and outside the night club. This structure offers a great opportunity for the inner security management of business and additional operational management aspects. In this structure we have main devices like Telephone, Answering service/voicemail, cellular Phone, pager, toll free number, E-Mail, Website. From the security point of view Club IT has video cameras system, mirrors, and alarms in order to enhance security and reduce crime. In this structure the security officer constantly monitor and observe the overall security structure. With regard to new technology implementation at business they will require some additional equipment and devices for the enhanced management of the deals and new payment structure. For this reason Club IT needs to purchase credit and debit card processing equipment and cash register (Case Study). Problem Assessment In scenario of business of Club IT night club there are some problems regarding the business operations and management. The main problem is regarding the absence of some centralized business management entity. All information and technology systems are independently operational and offer less support for the enhanced business and deals management. Next major difficulty is about the lack of management attentive decision making. Each business structure is difficult to manage and handle. Each area requires separate management and handling of each business setting. In this way the overall handling and operational management becomes harder. The security management structure is also presenting some difficulties. The security is under the control of security officer, the management has no direct control on them. In this regard there is need for the effective management of the business security management. The business of the Club IT is operational through the customer payment ways. Nowadays people hesitate in carrying cash. Therefore there is a need for the establishment of card based payment system. Club IT Business Goal and Strategy The aim of Club IT nightclub is to implement a state of the art technology that has the capability to effectively manage and handle the business operations and management. Club IT business main objective is potentially enhancing the customer satisfaction and augment the business revenue. Therefore they want to deploy a new information technology based structure. These can be related to the effective business management, accurate business decision making, value based services to customer and effective resource management. The main strategy of the business is to establish a completely renovated business and management structure. This new structure will offer effective customer management and handling. Here we will also obtain more customer loyalty and Club IT business will attain a better competitive edge in the overall market place. This organizational management of Club IT project will provide a better system management and handing. The implementation of new management system will provide: Better organizational management Better information handling Centralized information retrial Identical data format Better online information access Enhanced data security Establishment of Quality of Services (QoS) Gaining better competitive edge Performance enhancement Better inter-departmental communication Enhanced customer management Fast order processing Assessment of Needs In this high competition and complex business management world Club IT requires extensive assistance from the powerful business management systems. These business management systems and enterprise resource planning applications provides a great help regarding the effective business management and handling, when corporations take additional client-centric business procedures. Client segmentation approaches are the ways to balance the deliverance of best purchaser knowledge by means of necessitate maximizing long-standing client profits and constancy. Though, increasing an effectual client segmentation policy is a severe challenge for a lot of corporations because they frequently are short of the capability to follow and deduce the enormous quantity of client data that subsist all through the venture (Chaffey, E-business and E-commerce Management, 2007) and (Chaffey & Wood, Business Information Management: Improving Performance Using Information Systems , 2004). Club IT will require new and better customer management system that has the capability to manage and handle the customer needs and complaints. This system will also support and handle the customer complaints and requirements at the appropriate time and event. IT Solutions for Club IT This section will outline main security solutions which Club IT nightclub can implement regarding the effective management and handling of the business. Decision Support Systems/ DSS While Club IT nightclub implements new technology the first choice will be regarding the effectively organized decisions so decision support systems or DSSs will be the first choice, because it provides the comprehensive information of data as well as information, associations frequently construct information systems particularly designed to aid and formulate decisions (Prezant, 2006). “Decision support system is an information system at the management level of a corporation that merges data and refined analytical models or data analysis techniques and tools to facilitate semi structured and unstructured decision making” (Laudon & Laudon, 1999, p. 44). They need to implement this system for the business management, data handling and trisection management. This system will be business management (business information management) system. This system will have following inputs: Sales record of all transaction Record of all Store data Record of all employees Record daily expenses Record special events Record all discounts They will obtain following advantages from the system implementation: Calculating total daily revenue Calculating total expenses Calculating customer bills Calculating the monthly sales Calculating monthly cost and benefit Calculating employs salaries (over time, bonus, etc.) Data Mining for Business Performance According to (Thearling, 2009) and (Berson, Smith, & Thearling, 2000), “Data mining is the method of extracting hidden predictive information from huge databases. Data mining is a commanding modern technology with huge potential to facilitate organizations spotlight on the vital information in their data warehouses”. Data mining techniques for the business management of Club IT is aimed to position the actions through which they would be able to find out the new laws, undiscovered relations, concealed knowledge, defaulting in data in huge databases. The initial purpose of data mining at Club IT is to collaborate or counter a number of described beliefs; the next one is to find out unidentified novel knowledge for the customer. Enterprise Resource Planning Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) refers to a large set of actions or operations that facilitates an organization run and organize the main parts of its business (Brislen & Krishnakumar, 2009) and (Shelly, Cashman, & Vermaat, 2005, p. 730). The implementation of the ERP is also important for the club IT. This business suit will enhance their corporate strategic position as well as efficiencies of economic, human resources with operational procedures. Customer Relationship Management Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a collection tools and techniques that facilitate businesses manage customer relationships in a structured way (Ward, 2009). Conclusion Information technology tools have changed and improved the ways in which business activities are carried out. However, the implementation of these tools and techniques is a challenge for every organization. In this report I have presented a detailed analysis of new technology structure implementation at Club IT nightclub. I have outlined some main problems in the current operational structure of the Club IT nightclub. For the enhanced solution of these problems I have presented detailed technology profiles that effectively manage and handle the business in a better way.
