Such team members also conduct day-to-day communications among all team members of the project to come up with various creative ideas on how to develop the software according to their goals and preferences of the organization. They recognize that customers can always change their minds about what they want.

The scrum master enables the organization to use scrum effectively. They act as an intermediary between the development team and any distracters. They chair any crucial meetings and challenge the team members to improve their developments.

There is no role manager in a scrum project since it is not required. All the traditional roles that belong to a project manager have been carefully divided into three scrum roles and reassigned to the developmental team and product owner rather than to the scrum master. Conducting a Scrum project with a project manager results in conflicting responsibilities, and unclear results authority (Rubin, 88).
