On the other hand, testers have to work hand in hand with the programmers so as to make sure that coding that the programmers are doing is sufficient. Both need to get similar wavelengths so as to have good bug tracking systems (Smith, 2014). All this is done to get the best quality and effective communication in a business. The upper management needs to have a good and efficient communication system. Managers need to communicate with each other, with their employees and also with the customers. They help in the making of decisions and allocation of resources for the development and growth of the business. All these departments need to communicate effectively and the mobile applications need to be effective. Several calculations have to be done to get a significant budget. These costs include program variance, cost variance, schedule performance index, cost performance cost and estimated actual cost. All these when summed up, will be equal to the total cost required. All these information has to be on the register in order to safe and reduce the chances of the risks occurring. All in all, the mobile application project has to be safe and risk-free.
