of the of the 11 November Answer Apple: the business reproduction model of Apple Incorporated mainly spotlight all the features related to hardware and software. Moreover, the security policy of smart phones/PDA’s and tablets should be highly guarded. Apple Incorporated owns an App store and only allows apps that are examined by the company to be in a product list. In fact, the loyalty of customers was gained by Apple Inc. from many years and they will stay with the Apple Incorporated Products in future also. Google: the business reproduction model of Google mainly spotlights the World Wide Web. Initially, the journey of Google begins as one of the search engines. However, it gained popularity by its ‘copyrighted Page Rank’ search algorithm that allows the web clients to experience advanced results. Moreover, another main feature of Google is that it allows every organization whether small or large to advertise online through this medium. In order to experience superior web-based services and software applications, Google provides its users a low-cost and supple infrastructure. Microsoft: the business model of Microsoft mainly spotlights the Windows operating system that is available on workstations. In addition, the products related to Microsoft are good for both organizations and consumer users to work easily on desktop. However, Microsoft is still struggling to increase its business in order to keep the customers integrated.  Answer 2 In this study we compare the main prospective of users shifting from Personal Computers (desktop) to mobile devices that are providing Internet services. The Smartphone or tablet device market is an economy of around $400 billion. The computing based devices are gaining popularity globally therefore every company is struggling to be in this race. In order to win in this struggle, companies must advertise and claim its large user following. In fact, Apps plays an important role for the popularity of the Smartphone or tablets. Thus, benefit is gained by the company who has launched the most appealing device enriched with loads of apps. Apple: (Reynolds) Mmore than 250,000 apps can be downloaded by the Apple Incorporated Users and thus making it at the top list. The earning are about 30% on buying every app. Apple Incorporated Only allows a controlled proprietary system that allows users to purchase apps from Apple store. Google: recently Google has launched the Android mobile OS operating system for the users of non-Apple products. There are several features that are not available in Apple Inc for example, running multiple apps at one time etc. On contrary, Android mobile operating systems had many functions that are not present in Apple products for instance, non-proprietary system that enables users to download any app from anywhere. Microsoft: Apple Incorporated and Microsoft should be working together to make Bing a default search engine for the users of iPhone and web browser of Apple. The search services of Microsoft will be heightening with this strategy or it will lose its bench in mobile computing world. Answer 3 Apps have remarkably enhanced the experience of how to optimally use a mobile device. At the same time, without the cell phone, the future predictions for the Internet operational on a mobile device will not be optimistic. Likewise, any organization manufacturing the most attractive and alluring set of unique applications and devices will definitely give a competitive edge on the competitors. Apple Incorporated earns revenue for every application or app that is sold via its App Store. This is a core revenue stream, as it generates revenue of worth billions to the organization. Moreover, if these applications are provided free of charge, Apple Incorporated still portrays benefit for its walk-in customers to buy apps because they are convincingly offering discounts on various products, as per the customer interest. Though, developers of Apps have highlighted issues of generating revenue is a daunting task. As a result, Apple incorporated has restricted some specific Apps from the iPhone. Such as, mail management program of Google Incorporated, Google Voice. As per Apple Incorporated, these Apps were found in violation of consumer privacy. Likewise, applications compatible with Android based mobile phones can be found in large varieties on the Internet. Google Incorporated has continuously thrown efforts for the quantity and variety of Android based applications that can be executed on mobile devices, as they inspire and encourage the developers to upsurge the number of Android applications. Moreover, Google Incorporated also generates revenue by integrating the advertisement function in some specific applications that can be installed on Android cell phones. Answer 4 There are many factors that contribute to the organization’s success or failure such as the complexity, size and organization’s bureaucracy directly affects the performance of any organization that may continue to expand, revolutionize and propagate its boundaries. Likewise, all the three organizations are trying to broaden their scope in terms of mobile computing; their capability in competition with other rivals is a thoughtful and stern challenge. If we discuss Google Incorporated, it has the major web advertisement market share. Though, corporations such as Microsoft along with other competitors can be a primary threat to the organization. Likewise, Microsoft can spend a lot only for countering and over running competitive advantage gained by Google Incorporated. However, Apple Incorporated has been the leader for mobile computing for many years now. Apart from Microsoft and Google, other organizations are also entering in to this domain. As more and more organizations are coming, legal regulation and compliance can be considered a primary issue, as one side will also be facing to the external entities. We have seen in the past that no one has been a leader in this fast revolution of technology. Likewise, every organization has lost its way in the next era of technology, as previously it was a leader. For instance, IBM was considered to be pioneers of mainframe computing in the late 1940’s and 50’s. Similarly, Microsoft was considered to be a pioneer for desktop computers in the 1990’s, Google was pioneer in web services in 2000’s and Apple is leading its way for mobile computing. The question is: how much more Apple can retain as a leader with the ever changing technology? Answer 5 Currently, Apple Incorporated is leading the race in terms of variety in Apps available to the consumers. However, Google has been working on improvements that will provide encouragement to Android developers. Likewise, this improvement incorporates open source systems that provide a wide variety of choices for the developers. Work Cited Reynolds, G. W. Ethics in Information Technology, 4th Ed.Print.
