Communications Plan This communication plan is based on the promotion which gave me the option of selecting between managing the building of a residential home and an office building.The communications plan presented here shows in brief a course of action for a commercial building.There is a growing high demand for ABC Technology to build a ten floor building, housing a number of technical employees designed with modular workstations affording a modicum of privacy. The site has fitness center daycare and cafeteria onsite.

Building Blocks, Inc. is committed to a “Design” construction plan that will be in a secure location in which ABC Technology technical employees can use their network hub. The building will also incorporate transportation projects.Building Blocks, Inc. will adopt a “Superior Practices -- Whole Commercial Building” Supervision document for use by the city where the building will be located. Building Blocks, Inc. will incorporate walk able, spacious balconies to reduce air pollution.One of my major goals as the project manager is to have the commercial building in an exotic and environment friendly the City.

However, we may be faced by some challenges. Materials especially for the unique design of the fitness center, daycare and cafeteria onsite might take more time to import. The estimated price for the infrastructure needed for the ten floor building is highly fluctuating, thus we cannot put a solid price tag. Building Blocks, Inc is also planning major construction projects involving roadways that will include pedestrian and bicycle facilities to the building. As the project manager, I have seen it necessary to have the Complete Streets framework inclusive.

This will set an idea that can be backed by the whole community where the building will be located. This sets a structure that can create support for ABC Tech employees and all who want safe, livable urban environments (Barnlund, 2008).This Communications Plan has two primary objectives: Communication Goals1.
