Functions: Arrange for supporting resources and finances for the company, present product to market, raise funds, set the company’s strategy and vision and direct the company accordingly, communicate with external personnel, inside management, and employees, take high-level decisions regarding strategy and policy, motivate employees, drive change, create culture, maintain high-level monitoring of company’s daily, monthly and annual operations (marketing, strategy, financing, human resources, hiring, firing, compliance with safety regulations, sales, PR, etc.).

Roles: Arrange for meetings with managers and employees to boost their morale, or congratulate them on their success. Arrange for the company’s social event.
Work with Product Management to ensure marketing of the accurate features, positioning, and price of the product. Keeps the President informed about the marketing outcome and efforts regarding a product.
Roles: Organize meetings with the managers. Create a friendly and focused atmosphere in the team of managers.
Position: Sales Manager
Functions: Staffs and directs a sales team. Seize sale opportunities. Devise strategies to expand the customer base. Search for sales leads and follow up on them. Inform the VP of Marketing of the sales record.

Roles: Assist and collaborate with the marketing manager.
Position: Marketing and Advertising/Research Manager
Functions: Instill marketing-led ethos within the company, Research and report on external opportunities, understand the existing and potential customers, develop a marketing strategy and plan within budget. Inform the VP of Marketing of the progress.
Roles: Collaborate with the sales manager.
Position: Vice President Operations
Functions: Oversee the company’s operations and prepare an annual budget. Ensure operations are correct, economical, and timely and in direction of the company’s vision and goal and within budget. Keeps the President informed of the financial status of the company.
Roles: Conduct meetings with other Vice Presidents and managers.

Position: Production Manager
Functions: Plan, coordinate, and control the manufacturing processes. Ensure that the quantity, quality, and cost of the product are on the correct level. Selects processes, technology, and equipment and also defines the sequence of production. Keep the VP of Operations informed of the progress.
Roles: Hold meetings with the related staff.
Position: Facilities Manager
Functions: Plan, design, and manage buildings, grounds, equipment, and supplies. Research the available options in providing a facility and present it to the VP of Operations. Keep the VP of Operations informed of the provided and the needed facilities.
Roles: Devise a strategy to extract the required facilities from the employees and managers through computerized surveys, etc.
Position: Service Manager
Functions: Contract management, servicing employees and customers. Research the available options in providing service and present the options to the VP of Operations. Keep the VP of Operations informed of the provided and required services.

Roles: Device mode of extraction of the required services from managers and employees.
Position: Shipment Manager
Functions: Communicating with people (loaders, un-loaders), maintaining log and schedule of shipment, reporting to the VP Operations of any arrived or late shipments.
Roles: Maintain a friendly work environment with the workers. Arrange social events for the workers.
Position: Vice President Finance
Functions: Manage money and watch over the company’s assets, financial planning, record-keeping, and reporting financials to higher management.
Roles: Arrange meetings with the finance managers.

Position: Accounts Receivable Manager
Functions: Assure timely collection of money, invoicing, monitor and report any deviations from credit standards. Weekly reporting of all case invoices, receipts, etc. Research process improvement strategies and report to the VP of Finance.
Roles: Arrange meetings with employees to identify problem areas. Maintain a friendly work environment.
Position: Accounts Payable Manager
Functions: Manage accounting functions which include maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable, and project accounting; ensure accuracy and timeliness in generating reports and that all operations adhere to company guidelines. Make recommendations to the VP of Finance for improving the efficiency of the process.
