Security, Monitoring and Privacy Issues:Using of monitoring software has been reserved in order to ensure that employees are obeying all the policy given. Therefore, the company has the authority to monitor and access all messages on the email and text messaging system. Imposing this is to make sure that the integrity and reputation of the company is maintained.Assuming of privacy in anything the employee created, received, sent or stored on the company’s email system are not allowed because all their messages maybe seen without any prior notice.

Accepting personal emails can be made but the messages should be saved in a separate folder.Sanctions:Breaching and failing to comply with the policy have sanctions to be applied on the employee. If an employee is found and proven to have breached the policy, they will face the company’s disciplinary penalty ranging from a verbal to dismissal.
