The call record or the position tracking of the mobile phone is not enough to determine whether any photograph is taken or not by the user. To find out this, the access of the memory card or the mobile phone itself is mandatory as the data used to save in the memory of the mobile phone or in the memory card. Just from analyzing the call list or tracking the position of the mobile it is not possible to answer whether there are any photograph is being taken or not. Conclusion From the above analysis it is clear that with the development of technology and the extensive use of satellite one can easily locate any individual at any part of the globe. Use of mobile makes it very easy for us to communicate with near and dear ones but simultaneously it also started to hamper one’s personal life as different countries in the name of security started to tracking each and every movement of the mobile and also the calls make from the mobile.
